Can I upgrade or downgrade my package?

Yes, CPU and RAM can be scaled up. Storage upgrades are also possible, but downgrades require reinstalling the server, which results in extra charges. For short-term needs, you can scale up, then scale back down later. Contact support@happyhosting.co to arrange changes.

What does “managed hosting” mean?

It means we handle the heavy lifting. We take care of updates, patches, maintenance, and security so you don’t have to. You focus on your work; we keep your server healthy.

Do I need to manage SSL certificates myself?

No. SSL is automatic and free via Let’s Encrypt, including renewals. If you prefer custom certificates, you can use those too.

Can I use my own SSL certificates?

Yes. Both free Let’s Encrypt certificates (regular + wildcard) and your own certificates can be installed.

Can I get root access to my server?

Not with managed hosting - it would break updates and maintenance. If you absolutely want root, tell us at signup. Be aware: warranty/support doesn’t cover root-level changes.
