I got an email to confirm my domain - what should I do?

When you register a new .com, .net, .org, .info or .biz domain, our registrar will send you a verification email. If you don’t confirm within two weeks, the domain can be suspended (and that’s beyond our control).

All verification emails come from emailverification.info - no other links are valid. Just click the link, confirm the token, and you’re done.

Why do I need to confirm my contact details?

This isn’t us being nosy - it’s an ICANN requirement (since 2014). Every registrar is obligated to validate domain owner contact details.

How do those verification emails look like?

They don’t mention Happyhosting at all. The sender and confirmation link always use emailverification.info.

How can I reactivate a suspended domain?

If you still have the verification email, click it - even after 15 days it can still unlock your domain. Don’t have it anymore? Contact us and we’ll resend it.
