My website isn’t reachable under www.my-domain.tld - why?

Two likely reasons:

1. No redirect: www.domain.tld and domain.tld are two separate addresses. Add a redirect in your app location settings and pick your main domain.

2. DNS caching: DNS records might not have updated yet. Use dnschecker.org to confirm if your IP is resolving globally.
